Before Filming - Shooting Schedule

Shooting Schedule

For our shooting schedule, we have decided to shoot over 6 different days as we need the lighting to be the same for each shot outside and we figured that we would only be able to film a limited amount of shots and scenes each day before it got too dark. We needed bright lighting as we figured out that if we have this then we can edit it to look much darker if needed whereas if we filmed in the dark, then it would be much harder to edit the lighting to our required needs.

We used the app "Golden Hour" to find out what time we had the best sunlight throughout the day in November which was particularly hard considering it was dark most of the time. We discovered that from around 1pm up until 4pm was the best time to film our scenes.

Sunday 3rd November
3:00pm - Film opening scene

4:00pm - finish.
We had to finish at 4 because it started to get dark and we couldn't capture more shots with the type of lighting we need. We also couldn't start any earlier as we all had other commitments we needed to be at before 3pm.

Sunday 10th November

1:00pm - 2:00pm - Film second scene

2:00pm - 4:00pm - Film third scene with (small break at 3:00pm)

4:00pm - 6:00pm - edit second and third scene

6:00pm - 8:00pm - Have a dinner break, relax and take our minds off the project

8:00pm - 9:00pm - finish up any last editing that's needed or maybe better shots for the scenes

9:00pm - Finish
